We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe on Saturday, December 15 from Bill. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care. The best part of it was that he wasn't pushy at all. The vehicle didn't come with floor mats or a free gas tank fill-up, but he made sure we got both of those. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future.

We started our experience with Dillon's via the internet. We had researched what we were interested in and found the vehicle on their website. We reached out via the website and got the ball rolling. We weren't interested in spending an entire day or even a few hours at the dealership. Fast forward....I went in on a Friday evening to meet with the sales person assigned to me...MARSHA! Marsha was awesome! I felt like I could be straight forward, direct, and not sugar-coat anything. I went there with a price point in mind and Marsha worked her magic and was able to get the price point within a range that I was able to drive away that evening with the vehicle. Marsha worked some additional magic and let me drive the vehicle home that night even though my husband and I would go back the next day to sign the paperwork. This was actually a double bonus for me to be able to do that. We signed the papers the next way and drove away completely satisfied with our new vehicle. During the paperwork signing we opted for some undercoating and conditioning for the interior but then had buyer's remorse because it bumped our payments out of the range we wanted. A day later we contacted Dillon's and they graciously removed that option for us and had us come resign paperwork back to the original. The entire team never made us feel guilty about that additional work. We definitely will use Dillon's again and will ask for Marsha. She has a wonderful personality, is fun, and never once pressured us. It truly was a no-hassle deal and she worked to get the payment to a place where we felt good purchasing. She also has a great sense of humor and was wholeheartedly vested in our satisfaction. I don't hesitate to give this business and Marsha a 5-star rating!

I went to Dennis Dillon Kia after my key was stuck in the ignition on my Soul while visiting my Mom in Boise over Thanksgiving - I live in Utah. Of course the key came right out after I pulled in the service bay! I was so embarrassed. Zach greeted me and was so very nice. He checked my car out and explained how the stick shift sometimes is not all the way into park and explained the mechanism. I appreciated him not talking down to me and his humor over the key coming right out when there. Now I know where to go if anything happens while I am in Boise. Thanks Zach!

Just purchased my new car from Dennis Dillion. Went in to buy a used vehicle never thinking I would qualify to buy new. However, the guys here made it happen and got me in to my dream car. I'm beyond impressed with how hard these guys worked to make it happen. I will definitely be passing on good words about this location.
