How We Are Handling Safety

At Dennis Dillon Kia, we take the health and safety of both our staff and customers seriously. We also know that right now we must work together as a country to minimize the impact of the coronavirus. Our service advisors and technicians are going through extra rigorous cleaning protocol daily to keep our location even cleaner than we usually do (and we clean thoroughly and daily to begin with!), disinfect high-touch areas of your vehicle, including door handles, shifter, and steering wheel.

Dennis Dillon would like to address our plan to handle the Corona virus (COVID-19) situation. Our current plan is to minimize the risk of COVID-19, our team members are continuously sanitizing and deep cleaning all areas of the dealership throughout the day. And, our janitorial crews have been instructed to be extra cautious about disinfecting high-touch areas including door handles, countertops, and restrooms. We also have hand sanitizer and wipes available for customers in the service waiting area.
We offer contact-free service. This means that we can come to your location to pick up your vehicle, take it to the dealership for repair/maintenance, return the vehicle to your location, and process your payment via phone or online. How’s that for a white-glove treatment?!
Sales & Service:
Private in-person sales appointments can be individually scheduled online or by phone. Fill out our contact form here or simply call (208) 3147-3403 and ask for car sales and someone will set up your appointment.  Our Sales Executives are working normal hours and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We are sanitizing our sales office after each appointment and throughout the day.
  • Through Kia’s Promise Program, any warranty that expires from March 2020 through May 2020, will be extended to June 30th, 2020.
  • Should your vehicle require to be left at our service center overnight or longer, we have rentals available for your use. All rideshare or rental cars have been properly sanitized.
  • We offer a quick and easy way to finance your vehicle’s service or repairs so you do not have to pay all expenses upfront.
